TackTackRoom will issue a full refund if your item is never shipped, damaged, or arrives not as described.

Rule #1 is keep all negotiations, sales, purchases on TackTackRoom. Buyer and seller protection is our top priority. We can only offer TackTackRoom buyer and seller protection if you keep the transaction and all communications related to the transaction on TackTackRoom!

Keeping communications on platform is to your benefit. When communications stay on site, you're guaranteed TackTackRoom buyer protection.

Buying on TackTackRoom is safe. Payments are only released to the seller once you’ve received your item in good condition. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your purchase from door-to-door. After the item is delivered, you’ll have 3 days to open a dispute. After 3 days, the order becomes non-refundable.

If you wish to open a dispute, click "Accept or Reject Item" on the order page, then "No, Not Satisfied", and then explain your dispute. Once we've received your dispute, we can help you through the process.

If the dispute is settled in your favor, you can return the item to the seller for a full refund.
