We collect and hold the payment once a buyer purchases your item. The funds in your TackTackRoom Seller Dashboard move from "Pending" to "Available to cash out" as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or 3 days after the shipping delivery-- whichever comes first. When your funds are "Available to cash out", they are automatically transferred to your bank account (make sure you filled out your banking information from the transaction dashboard).

In other words, even if the buyer never confirms that their order has been received, your funds become automatically transferred 3 days after the delivery date. If your buyer opens a dispute regarding the condition of the item, they will have to enter the TackTack dispute process to prove that the order is worthy of a return and a refund. Only TackTack can refund an order, meaning a buyer cannot withdraw a payment without TackTack's consent.

We always defer to tracking on an order. If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, TackTack considers the order delivered, even if the buyer claims otherwise.

Keeping communications on platform is to your benefit. When communications stay on site, you're guaranteed TackTack seller protection.

Cashing out is also secure. TackTack uses Stripe to process payments and bank transfers securely. You can read more about Stripe here. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
