What do I do if my tracking number says my order has arrived but it’s not here?

Please check the tracking number on the order page. The shipping service will indicate the status of your shipping.

If you still cannot locate the package, please call the shipping service's customer support line.

If the tracking shows that the package is delivered, then standard delivery protocol applies. The funds in the seller's TackTackRoom Seller Dashboard move from "Pending" to "Available" as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or automatically 72 hours after the item has arrived at the buyer's address-- whichever comes first.
